Valerie Zehring

Valerie brings more than 20 years of experience as a highly skilled psychotherapist and intuitive healer. With emphasis on trauma process and release, grief and loss, she assists her clients in moving toward assimilation of life circumstances into the body-mind-soul connection, bringing lasting healing. Her work has included extensive study via traditional and non-traditional education/methods. Valerie earned her professional degrees—Bachelor's and Master's—in Psychology at Norwich University, and brings considerable, in-depth experience working with individuals, couples and families. She also holds certifications in 3 Reiki disciplines to support her clients as needed.

Along the way, Valerie has acquired a substantial amount of knowledge and experience, but what is most important to her, is the Wisdom that has been gained. Her intention is to teach and inspire others to find their own Wisdom—inside a healthy body and mind with natural support from your own Soul and relationship to your true self.
