Terina McCloud-Sagna, MSW

Terina McCloud-Sagna is a dedicated Mental Health Therapist at Elevated Mental Health Services, where she provides individual and group therapy to help clients navigate life’s challenges and foster lasting emotional wellness. With a Bachelor of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Social Work from Walden University, Terina brings both academic expertise and real-world experience to her practice.

Before entering the mental health field, Terina served in various leadership roles within church ministry, including Youth Pastor, Women's Group Leader, Worship Leader, and Interim Pastor. These experiences deepened her commitment to inner healing and equipped her with the compassion and insight that now guide her therapeutic work. Her professional journey also includes over 20 years in housing and social services, where she held roles such as Service Coordinator, Assistant Property Manager, and Community Manager.

Terina’s passion for healing the “inner man” and her unwavering belief in the power of transformation are at the heart of everything she does. Her own journey—marked by perseverance through obstacles, setbacks, and health challenges—fuels her mission to bring hope and healing to others. She often says, “I was born to do this,” and it shows in the way she walks alongside each client with empathy, strength, and encouragement.
